Lady in Red outfit inspiration

Red is a colour of blood, roses, sunsets and tomatoes. Also, the colour of my favourite lipstick. Moreover, it is related to good luck in Asian culture as well as passion and love in European modern culture. If it wasn’t enough, this colour is the epicentre of the Lady in Red song. In fact, red has a million and one different shade from orange to pink to burgundy and all of them are beautiful in their own way. Red is one of the ‘brave’ classic colours used to brighten up the face (hello red lipstick) or the outfit, while keeping it elegant. The easiest combination to play with is black and red plus some metallic accessories, however, current trends are suggesting to match red with other bright colours like hot pink or orange. I personally like both ways of styling, but most likely would go for a classic black and red combination, since there are more options of mixing and matching these items with other pieces in your wardrobe.
